A card counting movie that started out decent...gotta love it when people can logically beat the system...especially when you know it can be done and wish you were the person that could do it...didn't like the fact that a teacher was the antagonist...good message at the end...you can't always get what you want...and you can't go wrong with an off hand reference to jedi mind power either...

The Darjeeling Limited...

Three different brothers leading 3 different lives come together after their father's dealth...and travel through India on a "spiritual journey"...Owen Wilson is kind of the leader of the pack...good quirky comedy...and if you have any siblings, I think you would appreciate it...

Charlie Wilson's War...

To be honest, I really didn't know much about the story behind the movie, but I understand it is based on true happenings...which then is rather sad to know this actually happened...on the other hand, remarkable to know that one person can make a difference and hope that things can change if we want them to....not a big fan of the southern accent and blonde Julia Roberts however...

The Heartbreak Kid...

I didn't really like this one...Ben Stiller had his moments as well as Jerry Stiller, but overall, not a favorite.....

Seriously one of the best movies I have seen this year...what a great outlook and hilariously personality from a 16 year old in a not-so-wonderful position...you will laugh and laugh and there are many great one-liners....

King of California...

If you think your family is dysfunctional...I am not sure if it would compare to this one...highly recommend it! A different but wonderful movie...

A very cute and strange movie at the same time. Somestimes a bit uncomfortable and others times, comical...definitely recommend watching if you are looking for a different type of love story...

Movie Spouting...

I thought it would be fun to have a blog about movies...I love recommendations and like to share about the ones I have seen...I enjoy hearing others thoughts as well as their excitement when they talk about a favorite...Writing isn't my strong suit and I am not a picky movie watcher either, although, I am not a big fan of horror movies...I thought "Movie Spouting" would be appropriate...since subjectivity is the main variable here and they are not all good...I will warn you though, I tend to lean towards romantic, period pieces, heists, and musicals...and of course, anything with Johnny Depp...stop by if you are looking for something new or just want to share...Smiles...
