Miss Gulag...

A sad yet inspiring movie about a women's prison in Russia. As a woman, I felt fortunate for the freedoms I have, yet empowered by their stories at the same time. Most women are in the prison for standing up for themselves ro someone else, others, not so much. The prison puts on a Spring Pagent where participating in the pagent not only allows the women to feel beautiful, but helps them increase their chances of early parole. You'll get some laughs too. If you are looking for something different, I highly recommend it!
